I've been staying at Little America for nearly 20 years, and while I usually love this hotel, my recent visit was a bit disappointing. The rooms weren’t as clean as I expected, and the customer service felt unaccommodating, especially during a difficult time when we needed a late checkout. Despite this, the location is quite convenient and the price is reasonable for what you get.
